The fabric and fit are great. The customer service assistance was helpful and easy with video installation instructions. It has made my old lounge chairs look new again. Would definitely recommend.
Cannot get the bottom sling on! Way too tight. Followed all the measuring videos on what and how to measure but they are not sliding on at the widest point (has a fixed cross support). And that is the measurement I used throughout the order to be safe. I have used soap spray and even silicone spray. I have 12 inches to go and they are not budging. It's so tight the insert tubing is starting to not move. I have tried to widen the tray by prying it open. Helped a little.
Based on the video instructions I measured the sling from groove to groove, but that ended up being the total width of the replacement sling (including the spline sleeve).

We ordered 3 sets and they came perfectly cut! Great DIY videos from Sunniland. First chair took about 2 hours for the learning curve other two much faster. Chairs look like new!!!! Read ALL instructions so you order exactly what you need. Highly recommend!!!

Very nice replacement item that fit perfectly. I had to call the company for help as the lounge was a little different from the video. It required two long trigger clamps/spreader to accomplish this replacement.
