SHIPMENT & OWNERSHIP

SunnilandPatio.com will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. SunnilandPatio.com will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. We ship all domestic orders via USPS, FedEx or various freight companies at our discretion. No COD orders. International Orders: See additional information below. PRICE & PAYMENT.
Your total price for the Product ordered will be stated on your purchase receipt or invoice. Prices and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to acceptance of your order.

Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, or applicable sales taxes
, and these will be added to the price you pay. Any existing or new taxes or fees charged by any governmental au-thority will be added to your purchase receipt or invoice. Whenever possible we publish our prices and make it easy for you to purchase from us using our secure online shopping bag. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS BILLING POLICY

Any items not in currently in stock of SunniLandPatio.com, will be billed at the time the order is placed.

For Furniture orders of $500 or more we offer FREE Standard Shipping.

For Non-Furniture orders we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $150 or more (use coupon code FREESHIP at checkout).

SHIPMENT OF REPAIR PARTS

Sunniland Patio normally stocks all patio furniture repair parts. Shipments will be made through USPS or FED-EX at our discretion. Normal delivery time is 3 -10 days. Tracking number will be emailed the day of shipment. *Pre-cut straps deliver in 7-14 days. *Replacement Sling orders require 2-3 weeks.

SHIPMENT OF REPLACEMENT CUSHIONS

All replacement cushion orders are made to order. Cushion delivery times typically take 3-4 weeks based on availability of fabric and production time. Shipments are made through FedEx.

SHIPMENT OF UMBRELLAS

All our Umbrellas orders are made to order. Umbrella delivery times typically take 3-6 weeks based on availability of fabric and production time .Shipments are made through FedEx.

SHIPMENT OF PATIO FURNITURE

Patio Furniture orders are made to order. Furniture delivery times typically take 4-6 weeks based on production time.
All Furniture purchases over $500.00 are shipped FREE of charge throughout the contiguous United States. If we determine that we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you by phone and make the necessary adjustments. All shipping dates are only estimated and are subject to change based on availability. Once the product ships, an email will be sent with the tracking number enabling you to track your order via 3rd party carrier. Delivery times may change based on carrier availability and customer address.
Deliveries will be made during normal business hours and the delivery agent will contact you in advance to schedule a convenient time of delivery. The items will be dropped off on the driveway of the house and it will be your responsibility to move the items into your desired location. Drivers will not un-package or take away boxes. Most furniture comes completely assembled, however, in some cases -minimal may be required using instructions provided.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: When your furniture purchase arrives you should unpack and inspect the merchandise carefully. Do not let the driver leave until you have thoroughly inspected the merchandise for damage. If the merchandise has been damaged in transit denote a description and nature of the damage on the bill of lading & send the damaged merchandise back immediately with the driver. Then notify us at Sunniland Patio with information on damaged model numbers. Pictures can be extremely helpful.

SHIPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

(Same terms apply to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
Currently we do not offer International Shipping.
Note: As an option-if you have freight forwarder located in the continental US you may use this as a shipping address in the Shopping Cart & normal shipping fees will therefore apply.

IMPORTANT- Any and all responsibility transfers to the addressee at the time of delivery .Sunniland Patio will not assume any liability under any circumstances on International orders. Customer will need to assume all risk associated with international shipments. Any merchandise that ships outside of the US is non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.

 

RETURN POLICY

In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully. *See exclusions below.

  1. You should email us at Sales@SunnilandPatio.com and request a return code. Please provide an explanation on why your product needs to be returned.
  2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be either unopened, or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund. We do not provide return shipment labels.
  3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. SunnilandPatio.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at SunnilandPatio.com.
  4. Accepted returns may be subject to 30% re-stocking fee.

REPLACEMENT CUSHION POLICIES:

All cushions are custom made to order. Cushions are non-refundable; therefore, not returnable.

Warranty: All cushions have a one-year manufacturer warranty that guarantees cushions free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase. The guarantee will remain for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your cushions should fail structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, they will be re-paired or replaced without charge with proper proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly by the customer. This war-ranty also does not cover fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials from normal use.

PATIO FURNITURE POLICIES:

All patio furniture and umbrellas are custom made to order. Patio furniture and umbrellas are non-refundable: therefore not returnable.

Warranty: All patio furniture comes with manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to manufacturer's specifics in their policy. War-ranties vary by company and by materials. Sunniland Patio.com will provide assistance for valid warranty claims.

VINYL STRAPS, FASTENERS & PARTS RETURN POLICIES:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
Information for do-it-yourself patio furniture repair, installation of slings and installation of vinyl strapping is provided on this site, however please note that these operations are not without risk. You may be Injured during an instal-lation, or your furniture may be damaged in the process. Sunniland Patio Inc. and SunniLandPatio.com are not re-sponsible or liable for damages that may occur to persons or property during an installation. Therefore we recom-mend professional installation as your best option if at all possible. While the information contained in this web site was carefully compiled, Sunniland Patio Inc. and SunniLandPatio.com do not and cannot guarantee its absolute ac-curacy. Anyone accessing this information is advised to do so at their own risk. User access indemnifies Sunniland Patio Inc. from any and all injury or damage arising from such use.


PRECUT STRAP RETURN POLICY

Precut straps are not returnable and no refunds will be issued due to incorrect size or color. We advise you to please measure carefully before entering your order. While SunnilandPatio.com has made every effort to accurately display the vinyl colors, the actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor and therefore can only provide a basic reference only. For best color match please request color samples prior to ordering.

VINYL BY THE ROLL RETURN POLICY

INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify Sunniland Patio at once. We will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.


PLEASE NOTE: A 30% restocking fee for all returned rolls of vinyl strapping will be applied. Rolls must be unused and returned in same good condition as received within 30 days of original order for credit to apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Sunniland Patio will credit your account for the cost of the vinyl less 30%. Shipping charges will not be credited.


Please make your selections carefully before ordering. Vinyl colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor. Again, while SunnilandPatio.com has made every effort to accurately display the vinyl colors, the actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor and therefore can only provide a basic reference only. For best color match please request color samples prior to ordering.


REPLACEMENT PARTS RETURN POLICY

Parts including but not limited to clips, glides, end caps, tires, control arms, wheels, rivets, brackets, spring plates and caps are returnable.
PLEASE NOTE: A 30% restocking fee for all returned parts will be applied. Parts must be unused and returned in same good condition as received within 30 days of original order for credit to apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Sunniland Patio will credit your account for the cost of the parts less 30% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be credited.
If you need to return/exchange an item please send an email to sales@sunnilandpatio.com. We will email you a return authorization number to include in your return shipment. Return shipping labels and shipping cost are the responsibility of customer. We typically only will charge you for any additional shipping and handling to send out exchange.


SLING BILLING AND RETURN POLICY

Custom sling orders will be charged to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. These slings are custom made to your specific measurements and color preference and cannot restocked or resold. Because of this reason custom made slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install. It is therefore your responsibility to measure carefully prior to placing your order. While SunnilandPatio.com has made every effort to accurately display colors, the actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor and there-fore can only provide a basic reference only. For best color match please request color samples prior to ordering.


If you have a problem with the size of your sling, you should contact us immediately at 1.561.997-7114. Our customer service department will gladly make every reasonable effort in adjusting the sling to make it the correct size. If Sunniland Patio is responsible for making your slings incorrectly, we will gladly make adjustments at no charge. If any additional labor fees are applicable, they will be determined on a case by case basis.

SLING SIZING DESCREPANCY ADJUSTMENT & PRICING:

Error measuring on the part of Sunniland Patio:

Sunniland Patio will make adjustments at no charge to slings purchased from us if the error(s) in question were made in our shops. Request for adjustments must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice to be eligible for adjustments at no charge.

Error measuring on the part of the customer:

Fees from $10 to $20 per sling will be assessed depending on the extent of alterations if the measuring error is on the part of the customer. Any and all adjustments and alterations to slings must be made within 30 days from date of invoice. If 30 days has passed, the alteration fees will be determined by Sunniland Patio.

SUNNILAND PATIO BILLING AND RETURN POLICY

The total cost of SunniLand Patio replacement slings, padded slings or cushions will be billed to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. SunniLand Patio replacement slings are made to your specific requirements and can not restocked or resold. Lead time for SunniLand Patio sling and cushion orders is 3-4 weeks.

All SunnilandPatio.com replacement slings are ordered directly from the Sunniland Patio factory and drop shipped directly to you. It is essential that you measure the frame size carefully prior to ordering. If you have any questions or are unsure what to order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you determine the correct size. No re-turned goods will be accepted without an RMA number as stated above.

If you have a problem with your SunniLand Patio Replacement Sling order, contact Sunniland Patio immediately at 1-561-997-7114. It is best to order fabric samples prior to ordering to insure your satisfaction as replacement slings are not returnable if you are unhappy with the fabric you have chosen. While SunnilandPatio.com has made every effort to accurately display colors, the actual colors you see will depend upon your monitor and therefore can only provide a basic reference only.
