Our products may be shipped by USPS, FedEx, DHL at our discretion inorder to receive optimum pricing. Shipments to HI, PR, AK and Canada will also be shipped USPS, FedEx or DHL. Please allow 3 - 14 business days for most deliveries.

We occassionally offer FREE Standard Shipping
for orders with a predetermined minimum merchandise purchase amount, and/or promotional product discounts! When an offer is active, we will apply the applicable discount to the shopping cart upon check out.

SHIPMENT & OWNERSHIP

SunnilandPatio.com will arrange shipping of the Product to your address. Ownership of the Product passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt or invoice. SunnilandPatio.com will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but it will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of God. We ship all domestic orders via USPS, FedEx or DHL with a signature requirement. No COD orders. International Orders: See additional information below. PRICE & PAYMENT. Your total price for the Product ordered will be stated on your purchase receipt or invoice. Prices and configurations advertised are subject to change without notice or obligation prior to acceptance of your order.

Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, or applicable sales taxes, and these will be added to the price you pay. Any existing or new taxes or fees charged by any governmental authority will be added to your purchase receipt or invoice. Whenever possible we publish our prices and make it easy for you to purchase from us using our secure online shopping bag. GENERAL TERMS OF SALE

INSPECTION OF PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT. You must examine the Product(s) upon receipt. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify SunnilandPatio.com at once. SunnilandPatio.com will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than three (3) days from the date of delivery.

LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

SunnilandPatio.com offers a limited money back guarantee for thirty (30) days on unused products only. Sales on used products are final. TO RECEIVE A REFUND UNDER THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE, YOU MUST NOTIFY SUNNILANDPATIO.com OF YOUR DESIRE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS, FROM THE DATE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PRODUCT. YOU MUST ALSO RETURN THE PRODUCT AS PACKAGED TO SUNNILANDPATIO.com'S DESIGNATED ADDRESS WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ("RMA") NUMBER.

SUNNILANDPATIO.com will refund the original purchase price of the Product and applicable sales taxes. SHIPPING, HANDLING, INSURANCE FEES, AND FEES FOR SERVICES THAT HAVE BEEN PERFORMED (INCLUDING APPLICABLE SALES TAXES) THAT YOU PAID WHEN YOU BOUGHT YOUR PRODUCT AND ACCESSORIES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

The returned Product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them.

If you are expecting a refund, please allow a reasonable period of time for the Product and/or Accessories to arrive at SunnilandPatio.com. SunnilandPatio.com will inspect the Product(s) and, after they are accepted, process your refund within seven (7) business days. SunnilandPatio.com will notify you if your Product(s) are not accepted.

THE LIMITED MONEY BACK GUARANTEE IS NOT A WARRANTY. SUNNILANDPATIO.com MAY CHANGE OR CANCEL IT AT ANY TIME BEFORE ACCEPTING YOUR ORDER.

  RETURN POLICY

We proudly stand behind all our products. At SunnilandPatio.com, we are not happy unless you are 100% satisfied. You can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the order date. In order to make the return process as smooth as possible, please read the following procedure carefully.

1. You should email us at Sales@SunnilandPatio.com and request a return code. Please provide an explanation on why your product needs to be returned.

2. Return items using the address on the packing slip. If you no longer have the packing slip, please write your name, order number, address, return code and contact information on another piece of paper and attach it to the box. Anything you return should be either unopened, or in otherwise new condition, to ensure that you're eligible for a full refund.

3. We will contact you with details of your refund, once we receive and process the returned item. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error, and the entire order is returned. SunnilandPatio.com will only process returns and refunds for items purchased at SunnilandPatio.com.

Note: All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The privacy and security of your shopping experience is one of our primary concerns. You can always feel confident when you shop with us. We take the maximum possible number of security precautions available. Furthermore, we go out of our way to respect your privacy. SunnilandPatio.com will never sell or exchange any of your personal information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do not ship international orders at this time.

  Replacement Cushion Policies:

All cushions are non-refundable; therefore, not returnable.

Warranty
All cushions have a one-year warranty that guarantees cushions free from defects in material or workmanship as of the date of purchase and will remain for a period of one year from the date of delivery. If your cushions fail structurally during the period of one year from original purchase, they will be repaired or replaced without charge with proper proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover products used for commercial purchases, or products that have not been cleaned or maintained properly. This warranty does not cover normal fading or stretching that occurs in fabrics and upholstery materials.

  Vinyl Straps, Fasteners & Parts Return Policies:

GENERAL STATEMENT OF LIABILITY
While we provide information for do-it-yourself patio furniture repair, installation of slings and installation of vinyl strap these operations are not without risk. Injury may occur during an installation or furniture may be damaged in the process. We are not responsible or liable for damages that may be sustained to persons or property during an installation. For this reason we recommend professional installation as the best option when at all possible. While care has been taken in the preparation of the information contained in this web site, Sunniland Patio Inc. and SunniLandPatio.com does not and cannot guarantee its accuracy. Anyone accessing this information does so at their own risk. It will be assumed that access indemnifies Sunniland Patio Inc. and it's subsidiaries from any and all injury or damage arising from such use.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS BILLING POLICY

All items, not in current inventory of SunniLandPatio.com, will be billed at the time the order
is placed.

PRECUT STRAP RETURN POLICY
Precut straps are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size or color. Please measure carefully before entering your order. Vinyl colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.

VINYL BY THE ROLL RETURN POLICY
There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned rolls of vinyl strapping. Rolls must be unused and returned in good condition within 30 days of original order for credit to apply. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will credit your account for the cost of the vinyl less 30%. Shipping charges will not be credited.

Please select carefully before ordering. Vinyl colors may vary based on the interpretation of your computer monitor. Sunniland Patio is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.

If you need to return and item please send an email to sales@sunnilandpatio.com. We will email you a return authorization form to include in your return shipment.

REPLACEMENT PARTS RETURN POLICY
Parts including but not limited to glides, control arms, end caps, tires, wheels, rivets, clips, brackets, caps and spring plates are not returnable or refundable.

SLING BILLING AND RETURN POLICY
Custom sling orders will be billed to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. These slings are made to your specific measurements and color preference and can not restocked or resold. For this reason custom made slings are not returnable or refundable due to incorrect size, color or the inability to install. Please measure carefully prior to placing your order. Sunniland Patio is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.

If you have a problem with the size of your sling, contact us immediately at 1.561.253.2650. We will make every effort to adjust the sling and make it the correct size. If Sunniland Patio made your slings in error, we will gladly make adjustments at no charge. If the customer has made an error in measuring, we will gladly work with you to make the necessary adjustments. We want your slings to fit and our customers to be happy with our product. Additional labor fees (if any) will be determined on a case by case basis.

SLING SIZE DESCREPANCY ADJUSTMENT & PRICING:

Error measuring on the part of Sunniland Patio
Sunniland Patio will make adjustments at no charge to slings purchased from us if the error(s) in question were made in our shops. Request for adjustments must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice to be eligible for adjustments at no charge.

Error measuring on the part of the customer:
For customer errors, fees from $10 to $20 per sling will be assessed depending on the extent of alterations. All adjustments and alterations to slings must be made within 30 days from date of invoice. After 30 days, alteration fees will be at the discretion of Sunniland Patio.

SUNNILAND PATIO BILLING AND RETURN POLICY
The total cost of SunniLand Patio replacement slings, padded slings or cushions will be billed to the customer's credit card upon receipt of the order. SunniLand Patio replacement slings are made to your specific requirements and can not restocked or resold. Lead time for SunniLand Patio sling and cushion orders is 3-4 weeks.

All SunniLand Patio replacement slings are ordered directly from the SunniLand Patio factory and drop shipped directly to you. Please measure the frame size carefully prior to ordering. If you have any questions or are unsure what model to order, please call us and we'll gladly help you determine the correct size. Order cancellations must be received within 10 days of original order placement with Sunniland Patio. No returned goods will be accepted without written authorization from the factory.

If you have a problem with your SunniLand Patio Replacement Sling order, contact Sunniland Patio immediately at 1.561.253.2650. It is our experience that SunniLand Patio is very easy to work with if you have a problem. Replacement slings are not returnable if you are unhappy with the fabric you have chosen. It is best to order fabric samples prior to ordering to insure your satisfaction. Every computer monitor presents colors differently. Sunniland Patio is not responsible for inaccurate color matching based on the colors shown on your monitor. For truest color match please request color samples prior to ordering.
